Були в будній день, оформляли субсидію. Пакет прийняли повністю з першого разу. Шукати тут: вулиця Садова. Могло бути гірше.

Были перед закрытием. Подавали на замену документа — приняли и сразу назвали дату. Талон выдают на входе. Вопрос решили, претензий нет.
