Дорогою з роботи: приходили за витягом, видали при мені, чекати не довелося. Перерва в найзручніший час. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.

Були в четвер зранку: оформляли довідку, видали того ж дня. Від Театральна ішли 4 хвилини, дорога проста. Питання вирішили в одному вікні. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.
