Були перед закриттям. Оформляли субсидію — пакет прийняли повністю з першого разу. Місць для очікування мало. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.

У понеділок. Приходили за витягом — видали при мені, чекати не довелося. Адреса — вулиця Івана Франка. Звичайна установа, без сюрпризів.

В четверг с утра: приходили за выпиской, выдали при мне. От метро Золотые ворота минут 3 пешком. Вопрос решили в одном окне. Обычное учреждение.
