Заскочили в обід, займалися з тренером. План дав робочий, а не для галочки. Вентиляція не тягне у пік. Для базового підійде.

Заскочили в обед, занимались после работы. Даже в семь нашлось свободное оборудование. От метро Научная минут 12 пешком. Хожу дальше.

Зайшли з подругою, ходимо на тренування — тренажери справні, черги до них немає. Вода в кулері безкоштовна. Гроші свої відпрацьовує.
