Компанией. Ходили на групповые — тренер ведёт группу, а не себя. Ориентир — улица Кадетський Гай. Для базового подойдёт.

Заскочили в обід, займалися після роботи — навіть о сьомій знайшлося вільне обладнання. Розклад груп не змінюють раптово. Зал звичайний, для базового тренування вистачить.
