Зайшли компанією: займалися після роботи, навіть о сьомій знайшлося вільне обладнання. Шукати тут: проспект Степана Бандери. Увечері людно. Зал звичайний, для базового тренування вистачить.

Були вдвох, займалися з тренером. План дав робочий, а не для галочки. Кондиціонер не тягне влітку. Для базового підійде.

Утром: ходили на групповые, тренер ведёт группу, а не себя. Раздевалка чистая. Хожу дальше.
