It took more than a year to prepare the menu at Hangover in Kyiv. First, an American acquaintance who was well versed in approaches to cuisine in the US tried to implement the idea. Finally, the co-owners decided that the concept required adaptation to the Ukrainian market. Although Hangover does not position itself solely as a classic bar, the venue takes a responsible approach to alcohol.
