Были в будний день, оформляли перевод. Сделали быстро и без лишних вопросов. Один кассир на всё отделение. Как отделение — обычное.

Заходили в понедельник, пополняли карту — терминал в зале работает. Отделение маленькое, сидеть негде. Как отделение — обычное.

Були перед закриттям: закривали кредит, довідку про закриття дали одразу. Поруч із метро Палац «Україна», 2 хвилини ходу. Шукати тут: вулиця Велика Васильківська. Як відділення — звичайне.
