Были в будний день, открывали карту — оформили за двадцать минут. В пятницу вечером очередь. Как отделение — обычное.

Заскочили в обед. Закрывали кредит — справку о закрытии дали сразу. Рядом с метро Дворец Украина, искать не пришлось. Обслужили как надо.

Заходили в понедельник, меняли валюту — курс честный, без скрытой комиссии. Искать тут: улица Велика Васильківська. Очередь видна на табло. Отделение нормальное, обслуживают быстро.
