Были в четверг с утра: пополняли карту, терминал в зале работает. Электронная очередь работает. Рабочее отделение.

Были перед закрытием: закрывали кредит, справку о закрытии дали сразу. От метро Контрактовая площадь минут 2 пешком. В пятницу вечером очередь. Рабочее отделение.
