Заходили вранці: відкривали картку, оформили за двадцять хвилин. Від Олімпійська ішли 3 хвилини, дорога проста. Один касир на все відділення. Як відділення — звичайне.

Були перед закриттям. Відкривали рахунок для ФОП — усе зробили за один візит. Орієнтир — вулиця Велика Васильківська. Як відділення — звичайне.

Були в четвер зранку, оформляли переказ. Зробили швидко й без зайвих питань. Пояснюють спокійно, навіть коли питаєш двічі. Як відділення — звичайне.
