Замовив виведення 12 000 ₴, заявка висіла в обробці більше трьох діб. На звернення в чат відповідали шаблонами, конкретної причини не називали, лише «заявка на розгляді у фінансовому відділі». Паралельно попросили пройти повторну верифікацію, хоча документи я надсилав при реєстрації. Гроші врешті надійшли, але строк із правил — 2 години — не витримали. Окремо дратує, що статус заявки в кабінеті не оновлювався: доводилося щоразу писати в підтримку, щоб дізнатися, що відбувається.

Виведення 2 400 ₴ обробляли майже добу, хоча в правилах написано про 2 години. Гроші дійшли, претензій немає, але статус у кабінеті оновлювався із затримкою і було незрозуміло, на якому етапі заявка.

Зареєструвався навесні, за цей час зробив шість виведень — усі дійшли, найдовше чекав 4 години. Перевірку особи проходив один раз: завантажив паспорт і картку платника податків, підтвердили наступного дня. Поповнення через картку миттєве, комісії оператор не бере. Підтримка працює цілодобово, відповідають українською, на складне питання про ліміт відповіли за пів години з посиланням на пункт правил. З мінусів — пошук по іграх міг би бути розумнішим, бо за назвою знаходить не завжди. Загалом це той випадок, коли все працює так, як написано в правилах.
